Can you include a personal note?
Yes, we most certainly can! Leave your personal message in the notes box on the checkout page and we will include a printed message from you.
How long does it take before my order is shipped?
Typically orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. If a longer time-frame is anticipated, we will note it on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders will be shipped using USPS delivery service and will take 5-7 days for first-class or 2-3 days for priority to arrive.
How do I ship to multiple addresses?
Each delivery address will require a separate order. So if you have 4 items that you want delivered directly, you will need to create 4 separate orders.
Do you use a vinyl stickers?
No, we do NOT use any vinyl stickers. All of our products are created with a process called sublimation. This means that all our designs are printed directly on the product. Sublimation ensures a longer-lasting product life, no fading, cracking, peeling or coming off in any way.
Why don't you laser engrave?
While laser engraving does not run the risk of peeling off in a dishwasher, you are limited in the color of your personalization. The engraving process is a removal of the paint, and therefore you are only left with the stainless steel color underneath.
